LOWER OTAY RESERVOIR – There have been reports of a good reaction bite in the mornings for anglers using jerkbaits or small swimbaits like a keitech. Once the sun hits the water, the bass have been moving out to the 10 to 20 foot zone, or into the tules. Spoons have been getting them offshore, and the tules have seen a decent flip bite.This beautiful brown crunched a Parallel Assassin fished below an Under-Cator in the slow moving transition section.
